HANGONG Unions is specially designed for petroleum, chemical, power generation and papermaking, such as instrumentation, process control systems, analyzers and environmental engineering.
The main material of HANGONG Unions is stainless steel 316L, and other standard materials include copper, HastelloyC, Alloy600, tantalum alloy, titanium alloy, 6Mo, Incoloy625 and 825, PTFE and so on.

Technology introduction
A 40~50 micron tantalum alloy coating was deposited on the surface of stainless steel by chemical vapor deposition. The coating has high purity, uniform texture, inertia, corrosion resistance and strong adhesion. The tantalum niobium metal layer is grown from tantalum niobium atoms on the substrate surface, creating an atomic scale "super surface alloy"".

 

HANGONG continuously improves the design of card sleeve joint and leakage prevention system. Research and development equipment can be applied to thousands of different biological process analysis and detection instruments, widely used in petroleum, power, petrochemical and military instrumentation, and strive to solve the following key issues.
Vibration: the surface hardening process and the geometric structure of the thick ferrule provide excellent vibration and fatigue resistance for the products, and make the products work normally in harsh or high-pressure environments. The thick clamp hoop part causes more part of the ferrule to be exposed to the ferrule to provide greater support. The application of this clamp not only enhances the grip performance, but also provides radial and axial support.
Leakage: the product has been tested by accurate gas leak test in steam. In the gas, water and other fluid environment, the effective operation of each system can be guaranteed. HANGONG card sleeve connector reduces fluid leakage to the greatest extent, thereby reducing operating costs. In the field of military industry, HANGONG products have been tested by fluid leakage, the results show excellent, can be widely used in the field of military.
